Independent Business Month: Part Two Of Our Indie Introductions.

Posted on July 13 2020

We are continuing to celebrate Independent Business Month here at TreatBox.

And in this two-blog series, we are introducing some of the excellent indie businesses that are part of the TreatBox family.

If you missed the first blog and want to catch up you can simply a read and feel inspired here.

Without further ado, here are some more awesome Indie Businesses for you to meet.

Spacemasks

Perfect for when you need to relax, which is why you’ll find them in our New Mumma and Pappa Treat Box. Spacemasks not only look and smell divine but use key ingredients that will gently heat your face to soothe tired eyes and skin.

The masks are cruelty-free, vegan friendly and come in recyclable packaging. Need more reason to check them out? You can see why they’re out of this world here.

Peakz

Yummy bite-sized treats are Peakz’s speciality. Their wholegrain snacks coated in chocolate are a healthier snack option as well as being vegan and palm-oil free. The adorable polar bear on the packaging isn’t just for aesthetics, he’s actually based on Nanook who’s adventures are central to their products.

They state on their website that ‘as ethical producers, we want to shed light on the effects of climate change and its impact on biodiversity across the world.’ A tasty snack and helping to do your bit for the planet? It’s a win-win. You can see their whole range of flavours here

Mallow & Marsh

Mallow and Marsh bars started after a bet that founder Harriot couldn’t make marshmallow in her own kitchen...and the obsession was born. While our favourite at TreatBox is the scrummy bars, they also offer Whip and gift boxes in a range of flavours - yum! You can see them for yourself here

Also, don’t forget these are a great addition when building your own box for that special someone.

Happy Newspaper

A business that is all about promoting happiness and spreading smiles. Beginning as a Kickstarter campaign back in 2015 from founder Emily’s bedroom, the business has grown from a newspaper celebrating the good in the world to a range of products made to make people happy.

From fun accessories and yummy confectionary to positive prints and homeware, they’re focused on spreading goodness and making the world a little bit brighter. You can see what they’re about here

Melting Pot Fudge

Created by three sisters who grew up making fudge in their kitchen, Melting Pot Fudge create delicious flavours using natural ingredients, including using real Rum in their Rum & Raisin recipe - yum!

Making sure to keep to their roots, all of their fudge is still hand beaten, hand-cut and then wrapped. They also make sure that they can cater to everyone adding Vegan, Soya free and Gluten-free fudges to their range. You can see all of their delicious flavours here
